This being my first move in the US, was a bit hesitant on the how and who questions to help me get my car shipped out. Ship a Car direct was prompt, professional and helped address my needs. The trucking company identified, was in constant touch with me during the pick up and drop off as the truck got close to the destination.

There were a few hiccups in terms of the promised time, but that is expected consider they (driver & trucking company) have to deal with a large number of cars during their journey. Important to give yourself a 4 - 8 hour window in case the driver is delayed for no fault of theirs.

Suggestion for improvement to Ship a Car direct would be to add a GPS tracking device to the car and reflect the same on the app (like fligtaware), so it becomes easier for all to track the truck's progress. Overall an amazing service experience and an awesome trucking company and personnel who ensured I was informed well in advance about pick up and delivery. Great job everyone !!!
