This is the second time I used their company to ship my car. The only reason for this four star is the promptness of their reply this time. I have left multiple messages and emails to the assigned person from Ship a car direct. Had to call multiple times to get a hold of the person. Never returned my calls. The support team was there but wasn't that much helpful. My car was picked up late, probably due to the weekend and the holiday, which I can understand. The car was delivered well and on time. I just wish they would have returned my calls.
