Dealt with David who was very pleasant and helpful and provided a quote to ship the car. Good communications from broker and they notified me quickly with the name of the auto transport company who would be transporting my daughters car. Auto transport driver called me and we set up a pickup time. Driver (Andy) was very professional and pleasant and arrived exactly on time. Truck was modern and appeared to be in good condition. He loaded the car and told me when he would be in Texas and that he would contact my daughter the night before delivery. Car was delivered on day promised at a time which was convenient to my daughter. Car was in good condition upon delivery. A very nice experience and i got the sense that if there had been a problem, David would have handled it on my behalf.
