Never shipped a vehicle before. It was a daunting task once I started researching. Somehow I came across Ship a Car Direct after several weeks of being frustrated and lied to. Can't say enough about Eve and the customer service team not to mention the informative website some of which I had already learned the hard way. Excellent experience from the beginning to the delivery to my daughter in Indiana from Las Vegas. I believe the cost was fair with no hidden charges. Eve even returned my text on a weekend within 10 minutes to answer one of my questions. It's strange to watch a valuable possession drive away on a truck across country with your fingers crossed. Ship a Car Direct had earned my trust by then and the transport co. they lined up for us (Foremost Transport) was reasonably on time and the driver "Bufford" was so pleasant we almost invited him to stay for dinner. Our Ford Edge arrived 4 days later a little dirty but would have been worse if we had driven it. He even coordinated with our daughter to make sure she would be home!
It's an expensive endeavor so I hope we don't have to do it very much but I know exactly who to call next time. If all customer service departments in any company thought through the things that are concerns to their customers and addressed them like this company does...the world would be a wonderful place! Seriously! You can trust these people! We did and would again.
