Communication was great from both Ship a Car Direct and the transport company. Driver was professional and nice and I was able to contact him throughout the process. He was very responsive every time. The trailer could not get into the complex in which we moved so he unloaded on the adjacent street and drove the vehicle to my location. Timelines were always met. There was no damage to the car or missing items, only the dirt you would expect from a cross country trip.
