John was friendly, professional and very helpful. The truck driver was very nice and came on time, plus delivered the car a day earlier than expected. Online app provided for documenting the car's condition on pickup and delivery was very well designed and worked perfectly. Couldn't have asked for a more professional and better than expected experience. Thanks.
