Shipping a car coast to coast is expensive, but it can be even more painful if you chose the wrong company. I was initially very confused about the business and find it hard to navigate through different agents. I am happy that I called Eric who is very patient, and answered all my questions. I like their promise that in the case of accident and the driver don't have the right insurance, ship-a-car would cover the cost. They managed to find a driver with the expected price within 1-2 days. The shipping company is called "Splendid transportation", who communicate well, picked up my car on time and delivered without any damage within just 6 days! I know the price may not be the best deal ever, but the overall experience is a satisfactory. I would highly recommend both Ship-a-car Direct and Splendid transportation if you are thinking about shipping.
