This was the first time I ever need to ship my car across the country and given other ppl's bad experience I read online, I was a bit uncertain.. I chose ship a car direct based on all its good reviews. I was happy about my experience . Eric did a great job explaining and following up. it took several days at the beginning to lock down a carrier, and Eric followed up with me and made arrangement to get a carrier sooner. once the carrier is located, my car was picked up fast and the shipping took less days than I expected. all was very smooth
