We are sorry to hear that you were not able to get a hold of the driver. Our customer service did let you know that the original driver wasn't able to make it on the estimated day, but he did get another truck to pick up the next day. Also, a lot of carrier offices are closed on weekends so it is difficult to get a hold of them. That is why we have a 24/7 team, so that you can actually inform us of the issue and we can work on getting in contact with them for you, even if it does not happen instantaneously. You are never on your own once your order is dispatched, as we have shown, we are still here even responding to your review. Glad to hear your car was delivered without any further issues.
