Car shipped and received ok except for a few minor scratches. Other than the driver himself no one can tell you anything about the status of the car. Called the much hyped 24 hour customer service on a Saturday afternoon to inquire about my missed pick up time and was told they would give my sales representative a note that they would receive two days later on Monday. Customer service is useless other than to vent on. Don't bother with it. The dispatch line for the recommended trucker went to voicemail and a recording saying it was full. Car got there but I wasted a weekend waiting on shipment and another day waiting on delivery. Ship a car direct had to ask me about the status of my shipment. Once they hook you up with a shipper, you are on your own.

We are sorry to hear that you were not able to get a hold of the driver. Our customer service did let you know that the original driver wasn't able to make it on the estimated day, but he did get another truck to pick up the next day. Also, a lot of carrier offices are closed on weekends so it is difficult to get a hold of them. That is why we have a 24/7 team, so that you can actually inform us of the issue and we can work on getting in contact with them for you, even if it does not happen instantaneously. You are never on your own once your order is dispatched, as we have shown, we are still here even responding to your review. Glad to hear your car was delivered without any further issues.
