My service with Ship a Car Direct was very good. Matt was always responsive and followed up throughout the process.
The delivery company they chose, Buya, was good but did not follow all the steps as promised. First, the driver asked me to go to a different pickup location (5 minute drive). Then, he said the car would be delivered 3 days earlier. As I told him that I could not pick it up, he said it would be stored until I arrived. Again, when the car arrived, he told me to pick it up in a different location (10 minute drive). When I got there, the person wanted to charge me $20/day the car was stored there, but, after some conversation, I did not have to pay.
I won't give it 5 stars because not everything went as promised, like door-to-door delivery, but Ship A Car Direct provided excellent customer service.
