This is my first time to acquire the service which i booked a month before. It could have been swift but unfortunately the pick up was not attained a week before i left NYC for Texas. It wasnt really a big problem but being a first timer, my anxiety was up to the roof. If not to a friend who is just at home to take care of the car while im away, that would make the matter worst. However, when my car was picked up on a Sunday morning, it arrived in my garage Wednesday before lunch in good condition. If asking me if i will use the service again, yes i will.
