I didn't receive information about the shipment until the day of the my earliest shipment date- however, I'm an easy going person so I did not stress greatly. It helps that John was always professional and helpful. Also, they always tell you that it's easier for them to set something up when it gets closer to your shipment date. So if you are prone to worry and anxiety...shipping your car will need a lot of patience on your part. Well I received my car and it's in the same condition and I'm happy!!
