Ship-A-Car Direct's agent, Bruce, kept in touch with me during the whole process and was responsive to EVERY, SINGLE question or concern I had, including the fact that I had requested pick up NLT 4Aug, but car didn't get picked up till 08Aug.

You should always plan that your car may not be picked up during the exact time range you request. My step-daughter's car, for instance, was picked up 2 weeks late (by another carrier - NOT Ship-A-Car Direct!).

Note that Bruce gave up most of his commission to ensure my order would be accepted/executed by one of their authorized car transport companies after my car wasn't picked up by 04Aug.

Finally, as promised, Ship-A-Car Direct did send me a link after I accepted delivery and rated the car transport company so that I can get $30 credit back to my card.off my cost. So, my net/actual cost will only end up being $1045 for an open carry transport from Virginia to Denver. I DEFINITELY would use Ship-A-Car Direct again!
