Only complaint is that communication was haphazard. sometimes I would get responses, sometimes not. Eventually I did, so that helped. But because the pick up was later than originally quoted (but within the 3 days, so not a major issue), it made it a little hard to plan. That said, minor annoyance if you don't have to travel over the time period (I did).
