My daughter had moved from Bay Area to Covington, GA and I had selected Ship A Car Direct to transport her 2017 Mazda CX5. I worked with John Byler and requested the delivery date to be 8/4/17 or earlier. I was told the car would be picked up on 7/24 or 7/25 and my preference was 7/24. The car was picked up on 7/24/17 and delivered on 8/2/17 without any issues except there are two (2) minor paint chips on the hood.
Overall I am happy with the delivery service.
