My overall experience is not bad, the representative from ship a car direct is responsive and informed me of the approximate time window. My car was picked up 3 days later than my scheduled pick up date, which didn't surprise me. The driver they assigned was responsive and polite, though not a very on-time person. What did surprise me is that he only used 3 days to drive 2000 miles. I searched the Internet and found a lot of bad reviews, I was a little worried in the first place. I guess I'm very lucky, no obvious scratches on my car and I didn't wait for too much time. The price is fair too.
