My entire experience with Ship-A-Car Direct was amazing. The initial contact representative Jennifer was conscientious and exceptionally helpful. The app to document the vehicle condition before pickup was easy to use and much appreciated. The driver was friendly, courteous, and professional, . The transport from California to Atlanta seemed quick, and the delivery was handled beautifully. I appreciate the follow-up email requesting a review, which reflected the company's concern for the highest standards of service. Based on this experience, I would enthusiastically recommend Ship-A-Car Direct to my family, friends, and colleagues who are considering an auto move. Thanks a lot to ship a car
