Ship-a-Car-Direct was easy to use. The only issue/confusion I sort of had was whether I was supposed to call the actual transport company or whether they would call me. The phone number I was given by Ship-a-Car-Direct was different than that listed by the transport company. I was a bit hesitant after speaking with the transport call center person, but the driver was amazing and very communicative. He delivered the car 2 days early, and it sounds like everything went fine. (I haven't actually seen the car again myself, as I am driving another car across the country.)
