Because Canal Winchester, Ohio is a small suburb of Columbus, Ohio (the capital city), my order wasn't grabbing the attention of carriers coming through the area. As soon as Ship A Car Direct realized it was a problem, they became aggressive, finding me a carrier within two days of being made aware of the issue. You would have thought they were the ones who had uprooted their entire lives from the Midwest to the West Coast, and was in a new town with no vehicle to get around. Because Ship A Car Direct was constantly in contact with me, returning emails and calls within hours (sometimes minutes), I never once had to worry or stress myself out. I was kept in the loop every step of the process. I was able to get situated in my new town knowing that they were doing everything that needed to be done to get my car to me safe and sound. With moving long-distance, there is no way I would have had the time to call around trying to find a carrier to deliver my vehicle. Even after finding a carrier on my own, I would have had to invest more time in vetting the company, reading reviews, etc. It was worth every dime, which was industry standard actually, to entrust this task to Ship A Car Direct.
