This is my second time using the company. Both of my experiences with the company have been great. They are transparent about the process and always give a great customer experience over the phone. Bruce answered all of my questions and concerns with care and promptness.
I can't say the same for the shipping company who actually picked up/delivered my car. The individual I spoke to over the phone was rude and impatient whenever I called with a question or update on my car's progress.
Bruce- you're the greatest! Thanks for all of your help!
