I was kept informed throughout entire process. Service was satisfactory. I would use Ship Direct again. When I thought the process was going wrong then company stepped up and helped with all problems of timing. All together it was delayed 2 days and I would have accepted that to start with. When we need ed additional funds for delivery Ship Direct stepped in and helped.
