It was good that the car was picked up and arrived safely but I wasn't aware of the COD amount paid to a carrier at the destination. I wasn't informed of the COD amount out of the estimated total cost. I wish Ship A Car Direct informed me of COD amount in advance so that I could prepare cash or a check before the car arrives.
In addition, I didn't receive a carrier information beforehand and I haven't received an order receipt for the shipment that I requested. I'm not fully satisfied with their customer service so I rated two stars.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.We send out multiple emails that go over the COD amount as well as the need to prepare cash or a cashier's check in advance. You may also contact us any time before your car is delivered if you are not sure of the COD amount. Glad your car made it safe!
