ShipACarDirect is very personal yet professional. I'd like to say that most of the answers are on their FAQ page but since we're shipping a car that's worth not only in monetary value but also in convenience and freedom of mobility, we'd have the same exact questions on their FAQ page that we'd like a HUMAN to answer. The service at ShipACarDirect is that human touch to this whole process. They would send me reminders, reach out to carriers, answer my questions and hold my hand in every step of the way throughout this process. In my experience, the carrier assigned to me didn't properly fax my address to the final delivery truck, so my car was stated as delivered yet I haven't received the car. ShipACarDirect intervened and got a delivery ETA for me when my calls to the carrier didn't yield any results.
