Had a great experience! They picked it up close to my house and dropped it off super close to the residence in California. I was a litttle confused at one point because I wasn't sure at what time my car was going to be picked up. I realized this around 12 am the night before, but I called and they picked up and gave me all the relevant info. Amazing customer service!
