Overall I am very happy with the service provided by this company. The rep I spoke to gave me good advice in regards to not scheduling a date too early with a large deliver time frame as a result of transporters desire to move volume of vehicles and little desire to hold vehicles on their trucks. The pickup was exactly on time at a location I had staged the car with family (nice to not leave them hanging with your car for pickup). The delivery was approx. 3 days early. We were lucky to have been at the location because we were moving to a new city and got there earlier than we had expected. Had our original plans held we could have been in a situation where the car got to our new city before we did. Fast transit across the country, drivers must have driven in shifts around the clock. Underwhelmed with the drop of driver as he handed me a piece of paper and proceeded to say have a nice day and was gone. That is in no reflection on Ship A Car. They did great and delivered what I needed.
