I strongly recommend Ship a Car Direct. They were readily available by phone and email. The communication was superb. They demonstrated excellent flexibility when I had to reschedule pick-up which was seamless. I was very satisfied with this transport company and would definitely use them again. One suggestion I have is to improve communication between the driver and the customer. I called the driver at least 3 times during transit and left messages. The driver only called me when he was 18 hours away to tell me he would be at the destination the next morning. Of course I was calling to determine a more exact delivery day and time as I was given an estimated delivery date at the time of booking. That said the car arrived 2 days earlier than the estimated day and it was delivered in the condition that I expected.
