This was my first experience in shipping a car. I was fortunate that I chose Ship A Car Direct. The process was explained and then carried out exactly as I was told. The representative stayed in constant contact with me throughout the process. No money was required until a transporter accepted my vehicle and this amount was a small portion of the entire cost. The rest was payable directly to the transporter when the vehicle was delivered. Peps Transport Inc. was the transporter. Anthony, the driver, was wonderful. He, too, stayed in constant contact and made accommodations to deliver the car directly to the door of the elderly lady receiving this vehicle. Thank you for making this unfamiliar transaction so easy.
