I am happy to report that my daughter’s car was delivered to her door yesterday morning (8/24/17). The car was in excellent condition and the trip from MA to CA took only seven days. This was my first experience shipping a car and I have to admit I was worried because people were telling me about their bad car shipping experiences (but none of them used Ship a Car).

My experience with Ship a Car Direct was 100% positive. In the beginning of the process Kay, the customer service rep, carefully explained how everything works, gave me an accurate cost estimate and told me to contact her when I was ready to ship the car. There was no pressure- they were more concerned about my schedule than theirs. The Ship a Car website had a lot of helpful information and they offer a great app to record the condition of the car before and after delivery. I also appreciate how they followed up throughout the process. The drivers at both ends called the day before and again on the day of pickup and delivery- they were polite and professional. I highly recommend Ship a Car.
