The pickup date was about2 weeks after the first-availability date. I wish I had been given more information and more timely callbacks. I ended up needing to put in more money, but the rep split that cost since the pickup was taking so long. And our driver Jacob was excellent. It all worked out fine in the end. I'd absolutely use this company again.
