In picking a car shipping service, all companies seem to tout the same credentials: A+ BBB Rating, 5-star reviews on Yelp and other sites, dedicated to customer service, best prices...I don't know about those others companies, but Ship-a-Car Direct delivered on all counts. Their price was neither the lowest or highest, but perfectly reasonable. What prompted me to choose them was indeed their high customer ratings, but even more so their attention to my questions, date requirements, and so on. Communication throughout the process was consistent and speedy - David was constantly e-mailing me updates, for instance. And Maricel has been awesome on the after sale follow-up. I must give mention to Rainier Trucking, the carrier that transported my vehicle. Their Dispatch people were always polite and attentive. All in all, was expecting a disaster and was pleasantly surprised by the smoothness and "on-time" aspect. Great!
