So, this unfavorable review is for the company Ship a Car direct brokered for my vehicle. Pickup date was well after requested date. Once vehichle was picked up it was delivered after the original date requested and the date stated by the company. I also had to meet driver on the side of a highway. This was my first experience having a vehicle transported but I think the next time I need to transport a vehicle I will contact a carrier directly to get a precise date for pickup/delivery. Ship a Car Direct was very thorough on their follow-ups and the customer service was good. I'm not sure if my case was anamoly to how the process works, as I read numerous reviews that stated they had good experiences. Mine just wasn't and that's why I wouldn't use the service again.

You may request a specific pick up date, but due to the nature of the industry, you understand that such dates are ‘requests’ only and cannot be guaranteed. You may also ask the driver to find some place safer than the side of a highway. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience.
