I was very happy with my experience with Ship a Car Direct. This was my first time to ship a vehicle. Eric put my mind at ease by walking me through the process so I knew what to expect. If I had a question, I was able to either talk with Eric or one of their customer service representatives immediately. They followed up with me throughout the entire process to make sure everything was progressing to my satisfaction. Their selection of the carrier used to move my vehicle was right on the money. The carrier pickup and drop-off personnel were friendly, courteous, and respectful. I definitely would use Ship a Car Direct again.
