I had an excellent experience shipping my car from the NY city area to San Francisco with this broker. The actual shipper they arranged was KJ Falcon Log LLC. The car was picked up, transported and delivered promptly and with minimal hassle. They people I dealt with responded quickly and courteously to all of my correspondence. My only quibble was that the shipper lost my car keys, but they paid for their replacement unprompted. Can't ask for much more than that.
