We had a great experience moving our Fiat across the country. Ship A Car Direct communicated proactively and well through the whole process. From the beginning they explained exactly how the process would work, and they were the best offer I received. They told us what to expect, and checked in each step of the way to ensure that each step was going well. They had a helpful app to document the state of the car before we shipped.

The shipper they contracted with (Jimmy Hopkins) was incredible! When we contacted him the day before we were supposed to move, he helped us coordinate an even easier drop off than we had planned. He was a very honest, wonderful man, who has been doing this for years. He went above and beyond to secure a piece of the car we didn't even realize was loose. Of course there was some dirt after the car travelled across the country, but otherwise it was in great shape, and arrived right on time.

We had a great experience, and only wish the move for our furniture could have gone nearly as well. I would strongly recommend Ship a Car Direct for their excellent service and shipper.
