When I originally requested a quote, I identified that the vehicle could be picked up as early as August 30th and could not be delivered earlier than September 5th. Once the carrier was scheduled, I was told the vehicle would be delivered on September 2nd. I explained that I entered the correct information on the quote and that I would be on a family vacation and couldn't accept the car that early. I was told that was fine, but would then need to pay storage for my vehicle until I got back. I had to cut my vacation short due to this.
