Excellent overall experience. I purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in Caldwell, ID and needed it transported to San Diego, CA. I called on a Monday (28 August) and transport was scheduled for the following day through Diamond Auto Transport. Although the pick up was a day late, the transport company notified me and kept me up to date on status. My vehicle was picked up Wednesday, 30 August, and was delivered to my residence on Thursday, 31 August, which was four days ahead of schedule.
