I'm a returning customer to ship a car direct, and again, couldn't be more pleased. The customer service was wonderful- very open and honest communication from booking through vehicle delivery. Kay was very upfront with me about shipping cost and even likelihood for carrier availability in my area. She is great! The carrier that I was matched with was also lovely- even picking up my vehicle ahead of schedule and communicating with family in the city of pick up to ensure seamless handoff and transport of my vehicle to me. The carrier was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely return as a customer for all of my car shipment needs.
