My car was picked up 5 days later than I had originally scheduled. Carrier assigned to my vehicle was not very transparent and had a lot of excuses for why he couldn't pick up on time. Ultimately I got the car and it was in good shape. Would use Ship-a-car-direct again, hopefully with a better carrier.
