Overall experience was positive and I would recommend Ship a Car direct. The sales rep/broker Kosta was a pleasure to work with - professional, courteous, responded to my questions promptly. The only area of concern for us was the delivery date window to ship our two cars was a bit short as we were also driving across country. However, we worked things out and kept in touch with the driver to confirm delivery date and time.
