I do so much research online befor I choose and beyond the reviews holding me to make a decision(not this company, I mean all the transport companies)And finally make a choise when I Need to do.
On the first I very hopefully they can pick up on the day I leave to fit my schedule. But at the end I understand the drivers work(THEY WILL PICK UP WHEN THEY GO THROUGH YOUR CITY) ITS YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND. so I ask my cousin help me to load my car on board after a day I leave. And my car it's arrived one day early on the expect day.
Finally, coustumer services, I would say EXCELLENT.my follow up service is John. He is kind and patience. Just don't call him, because he not work on the desk. Email him he will give you back answer not that long.
It's the one I will recommend to my friends and family in the features they need to transport a car.
