Price estimate was high but consistent w/other brokers. Sales rep Stefan very nice, patient with questions. Emails with instructions and very short videos for a first-time shipper were thorough and helpful. Carrier driver seemed very nice and responsible. Car made it to Florida as scheduled, and unscathed as far as we could tell on first sight.
