This process was so easy...Angela and the other customer service reps maintain contact to ensure everything is going well. The trucking company was professional and efficient- they delivered the car a day earlier than expected. Ship A Car Direct should be your go-to company- stop shopping now and use them! Their informative videos help if you have questions. I handled this move for my elderly parents from afar and it was easy and non-stressful. The only reason the car was dirty on the outside is because I chose the open option- easily fixed with a car wash. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again!
