Very professional company. This was my second contact with them because there was a primary carrier involved and they informed me that they did not want to have a conflict of interest which in my mind was very professional and respectful. I spoke with Maricel on September 11th at 9 a.m. Pacific time and received a call back by 11:30 with a shipper ready to ship my vehicle! Considering that I had been in full panic mood waiting to hear from my 1st shipper for over a week Marcel stepped to the plate and delivered! She and her staff continued to communicate, reassure me, and kept me informed from beginning to end! The pickup carrier stayed in contact with me and contacted me an hour before his arrival. He also was courteous, professional, and on time! I will definitely look them up for any future business and I would have given them the same review with or without an incentive! Thank you, for coming to my rescue!!
