We used this company to transport 2 cars(2017 Benz & 2012 BMW) from Northern California to Southern California in 2017. The pick up date was the first day I told them available. The driver(carrier) was very nice and gave us 2 phone calls prior to the pick up date. He even helped us move some staff in a car. He also delivered our cars on the same day! Amazing! About the app, we recommend to take photos after you find out pick up and delivery dates. We could not save photos because we didn't know them. And also, we used order # and our last name to save photos for 2 cars with using the app.
