Ship A Car Direct customer service was EXCELLENT! I shipped my car from WI to CA. The carrier was Gigi Lines, Inc. They did a good job too, in terms of getting my car here safe and sound. The trucking company was not as good about communication as Ship A Car was. The trucking company was also about two days late getting my car, so this led to a day delay in delivery. As a result I had to pay for another day on my rental car than I had planned for.
