For our first time shipping a car, the experience went very well. John, our customer service rep, was very informative and patient with all my questions. He was easy to reach and replied to phone calls and texts quickly. The other customer service I needed was also helpful in answering my questions. It was challenging to be patient while waiting for a carrier to be assigned and then to wait until a pick up date was established. John helped me re-adjust our pick up and delivery dates to suit our needs. Our carrier driver was very friendly and professional.
