My representative Jennifer, at Ship A Car Direct was awesome. Very knowledgeable when I called and asked questions before placing my order online. Once I placed my order online a company picked up my order within the next couple of hours. My only hold ups were with the actual trucking company that picked up my car. I am in New Jersey and the car was in Florida. My parents were in Florida for the pick up and when they called the trucking company to see if they were coming on the pick up date, the number kept going to voicemail. My mom got in touch with Jennifer right away and informed them of what was going on and she was able to finally get a hold with someone from the trucking company who in turn finally got in touch with my parents. Would have been nice if the trucking company was as on top of their customer service like Ship-A-Car Direct is. I hope I never have to ship a car again, but if I do I would definitely use Ship A Car Direct because their customer service was fantastic. Thank you Jennifer and Ship A Car Direct.
