They were honest and open from the beginning. The previous company that I used, Direct Connect Auto, would say one thing, the next day the story would change. It was very frustrating and it was hard to get a straightforward answer from them. My car never got picked up, they took my money,
And I had to find someone else to pick up my car. I got a hold of Ship a Car Direct, they were kind, courteous, and understanding.
Ship a Car Direct let me know from the beginning that they would call me a few hours before hand on the day of the pick up. There wasn't any confusion. Dispatch knew what the drivers were doing and vice versa. The whole process was smooth. I would definitely recommend them. P.S. Never go with a company that makes you pay extra for "priority" shipping (i.e. Direct Connect Auto). All other shipping companies that I have used have always picked up the car the day that I requested. They didn't give me a nonsense time frame for when my car MIGHT (not even guaranteed) be picked up.
