On the whole, a good experience

I contacted ship-a-car direct in order to transport a car I was buying from it's location in South Carolina to my home in Fort Collins, CO. A total distance of about 1600 miles. John was very up front and clear and answered my questions when I had them. He coordinated my car shipment with a carrier and got things kicked off, and let me know I needed to coordinate with the carrier for pickup and drop-off. I did so and the folks at M&M auto transport were great to deal with.

Unfortunately, they ran into some truck mechanical trouble partway through the journey and my car got stuck waiting with the other cars on the trailer while they sorted out their truck issues. This delayed my delivery by 6 days. Fortunately I didn't need the car immediately. They were still very communicative and let me know what was going on and what was likely to happen on a daily basis. A+ for communication.

So - Even though my car took a little longer to get here than I wanted, it did arrive and arrived intact. It badly needed a car wash, but apart from that, all was good. I was pleased with the experience and would use both ship-a-car direct and M&M again.
