The entire process from start to finish was easier than I expected! When I first started thinking about shipping my car all the way across country I was a little stressed. But the information provided on the Ship A Car Direct website helped to alleviate some of my stress by providing me with key information. I like that the staff was friendly and informative without being pushy. Had there been any issues (there were none) I felt I comfortable and confident that I could call them at any time to discuss and I was confident they would resolve them. Happily I never needed to test that - the process was easy and seamless. My car was delivered early and I was able to work out the logistics with the driver easily. Overall, very satisfied and happy to recommend Ship A Car Direct to anyone.
